Instructional Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Design**:

- Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments in Hindi.
- Translate and localize existing training materials from English to Hindi, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine learning objectives and goals.
- **Presentation Development**:

- Create visually engaging and informative presentations for training sessions, workshops, and executive briefings in Hindi.
- Design and format PowerPoint slides, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, animations, graphics) to enhance presentations.
- Ensure presentations are tailored to the audience and align with learning objectives.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of instructional materials and presentations.
- Revise and update materials based on feedback and changing needs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all instructional materials and presentations meet high-quality standards and are error-free.
- Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to refine content and presentation designs.
- Maintain and update content to ensure it remains current and effective.
- **Localization**:

- Adapt content and presentations to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of Hindi-speaking audiences.
- Ensure all translations maintain the integrity and intent of the original content.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, Hindi, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning.
- Proven experience in creating professional presentations and translating educational content from English to Hindi.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent instructional design skills, including knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides) and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
