As a Customer Technical Support Engineer

1. Communicate with Customer by Calling & Whatsapp for New Connection, Complaints & other Queries.

2. Online/Offline Billing Collections

3. Monitoring all Wireless & Fiber-Net Devices, also Customer End Devices.

4. Stock Inventory of all Devices and Wire + other equipments & accessories.

5. Make Reports of Customer Collection & Billing + Devices + more Database.

6. Active on Social Media for Advertising the Company Service Brochure and more.
