**Job overview and responsibilities**
- Develop architecture metrics, plans, and KPIs to track and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts on emerging cloud/hybrid cloud technologies and implementation toolkits in support of anticipated development efforts and recommend technologies that functionally robust and cost effective. Research, enforce, and drive the adoption of automation and evangelizes best practices in areas such SRE as for solution development.
- Identify new cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices, which should be incorporated into policies & roadmap.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of relative IT experience
- Application development and cloud architecture experience
- Application development and cloud architecture experience
- Understanding of emerging development platforms such as Cloud Foundry and OpenShift
- Experience with Amazon’s AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Recognized knowledge/expertise in field - in industry and/or within United
- Proven expertise in leading and influencing technical staff or coordinating work across multiple technology teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
