**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services, product offerings, and inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the resolution of customer complaints or requests.
- Work towards achieving individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Provide feedback to management to help improve customer experience and service offerings.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **Kannada** (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
