**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and event branding.
- Develop and manage creative concepts that align with the trust's vision and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and events teams to ensure consistency in messaging and design.
- Stay updated with design trends to create innovative and impactful designs.
- Maintain the trust's brand identity across all communication materials.
- Edit photos and videos for events, campaigns, and online platforms.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
- **Creative Abilities**: Strong visual storytelling, color theory, and typography skills.
- **Other Skills**: Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
