**Responsibilities of the position**:
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Contacting the customer for any quote or PO clarifications
- Maintaining accounts of sales, purchase, daily expenses and payments.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Handling Bank payments and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of regular office utilities & fixed assets
- keeping record of inward & outward stock
- Preparing invoice and communicating with customer for invoice & payment related matters
- Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior.

- Good Team Work
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Must have knowledge & Experience of SAP Software.
- Must have 4-5 years’ experience in the same field
- Salary as per experience & Knowledge
- Fresher’s not required
