Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Mumbai and adjoining areas

Duration: 3 months Internship

*Key Responsibilities:*

Assist in planning, executing and monitoring paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other relevant dashboards.

Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copies

Support A/B testing initiatives to enhance ad performance.

Assist in audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.

Track and report KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and algorithm changes.

Conduct weekly visits to clients if necessary to understand their marketing goals and campaign performance

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.

Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid marketing platforms.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools is a plus.

Creative mindset with strong copywriting and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
