**Job Title: Billing Staff**

**Location**: Leena’s Mushroom Farms LLP (Piravom/Ernakulam)

**Job Type**: Full-time (8 AM - 5 PM)
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

Founded in 2012, **Leena’s Mushroom Farm** is a leading producer and distributor of high-quality **Oyster mushrooms**. With a daily output of over 100 kg and a spawn production capacity of 2 tons monthly, we serve customers across all Kerala. Our product line includes fresh mushrooms, DIY kits, spawn, and farming accessories, supported by expert consultancy services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process **daily invoices and billing statements**:

- Maintain accurate **sales and billing records**:

- Coordinate with the **sales and dispatch team** to ensure correct billing
- Resolve any **discrepancies or customer queries** related to billing

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **billing, accounts, or clerical work** (preferred)
- Strong skills in **MS Office (especially Excel)**:

- Knowledge of **billing software or accounting tools** is a plus
- Excellent **attention to detail** and numerical accuracy
- Ability to **work independently** and manage time effectively

**Eligibility**
- **Any graduate** (preferably in B com)
