Job Description : Associate - Health Care Claims
Assigns billing codes, including CPT/ICD-9 and HCPCS codes, to billing records. This includes analyzing
medical record documentation in order to assign proper diagnosis, procedure, and other applicable
codes. Meets or exceeds production and quality standards for coding and follows documented policies
and procedures.
Technical Skills Required:

- 0 - 1 year experience in health insurance (payer), preferably freshers
- Good in oral and written communication
- Typing skills : alpha numeric (28 wpm) with 98% accuracy
- Good analytical, comprehension & decision making skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Flexible with the ability to work on multiple tasks
- Flexible to work in any shift
- Should be able to work on Indian holidays
- Should be able to meet weekly / daily target along with quality output
- Ability to prioritize and manage a work caseload.
