**Report to: National Sales manager/Distributor**

**Responsibilities**:
Achieve sales target as assigned from corporate office for different regions thereby

**increasing sales revenue**

Implementing an effective brand strategy and plan for sales - budget and forecasting

Hire, plan/ conduct training for all new members in the team

Use market intelligence to research the country or region and develop strategies

accordingly.

Liaise with corporate office and prepare quarterly/annual sales & brand reports.

Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required.

Build professional relationships with dealer, customer and staff and encourage

collaboration at all times Working at Distributor

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a

master's degree).

5+ years of experience in similar capacity in FMCG/Mobile accessories/Speakers and

company of repute. Overall experience 10+ years

Willing for extensive travelling as required

A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.

Good people-management skills.

Sensitivity to different cultural norms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
