Quality Assurance Executive

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Define quality parameters & methods of testing the same in running production lines & new product lines.
- Assessment of products and their components at different stages of production Vs quality standards defined.
- Training of line operators & supervisors for quality standards to be maintained while production
- Design & implement right quality inspection tools and software to support quality inspection
- Have continuous analysis & correction of methods to upgrade quality standards of our products. Ideal Vs Quality Parameters Standards (no. of defects) as per company goals.
- Analyze statistical data from the production lines to identify quality problems & suggest changes to Design Dept for correction of processes.
- Ensure process correction, if so, while analyzing & reaching the root cause of any rework situation.
- Batch Zero process ( Design ) verification to suggest corrective actions on observed NCs before handing over to production and product validation.
- Preparation of Customer Complaint analysis report.

**Salary**: From ₹228,563.48 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 10 years (required)
