- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins or admissions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide accurate information about programs, fees, timings, and benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the mobilizer and training team for smooth onboarding.
- Report daily performance to the supervisor/manager.

Pay: ₹9,522.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
