Job Summary: The Operations Auditor is responsible for evaluating and assessingthe efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of the centres. This role involvesconducting audits to identify areas for improvement, ensure adherence togovernment guidelines and procedures, and recommend enhancements to optimizeperformance and mitigate risks. The Operations Auditor works closely with otherdepartments to provide actionable insights. Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing, operations auditing, or a
similar role.
- Experience in performing audits and assessments of operational
processes in a government project environment. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with auditing software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to make objective and informed recommendations.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional site visits. Travel may be required for audits at various Centers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
