**Job description**:
Fermenter Supervisor is an entry level position that involves carrying out fermenter production duties which involves both upstream & downstream process as per BMR

**Job Role involves the following**:

- Executing fermenter production work as assigned
- Initiating, monitoring & harvesting fermenter Batch as per BMR procedures
- Handling upstream & downstream equipments as per SOP
- Record keeping as per ISO 9001, 22000 & FAMI Qs Certification
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Bio Technology/Microbiology
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in fermentation production department
- Experience in ISO, FAMIQS documentation will be an added advantage
- Strong Technical Knowledge
- Able to work well in teams
