About Job:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing business operations tasks like student portal, sharing documents with the team, course-related updations, etc.
- Assisting other departments as and when needed.
- Connecting with students daily to drive learning outcomes.
- Make sure that students are adhering to set objectives - attending lectures, giving assignments, assessments and contests.
- Make sure that student escalations are being handled within time.
- Every Week review scorecards of students and give feedback in 1:1 sessions (Over call/Google meet)

Skills Required:

- An eye for details.
- Willing to wear multiple hats.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).
- Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary.

Desired Experience: 0-1years

Educational Qualification: Any Degree Completed or Pursuing. (idea if in engineering or some degree related to science)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Kormangala, Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
