**Job Description: Automation Testing Engineer**

**Position**: Automation Testing Engineer
**Experience Required**: 4+ years in Automation Testing
**Job Location**: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
**Walk-in Interview Date**: 20th September 2024
**Notice Period**: Immediate to 30 days

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix them.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testing scope and risks.
- Utilize tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and others to conduct automated testing.
- Ensure the highest quality of software through continuous integration and automation.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong experience with Automation Testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Solid understanding of test automation best practices and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Java or Python.
- Ability to design, create, and maintain robust automation frameworks.
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in identifying, tracking, and managing defects using tools like JIRA.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
