Executive - Finance Operations - Seller will be responsible to ensure that all new sellers should be a timely onboarded, share payment details to all the sellers after every settlement. Seller reconciliation should be shared with the sellers as per SOP and take NDC sign-off from sellers. This includes overall support to all the sellers. The role also involves working closely with the Category team. The role requires coordination with Category teams and stakeholders within Finance teams like that of Seller management.
- The Job Responsibilities include:

- New Seller Onboarding and changes in bank details of seller in Bank.
- TDS Payment reimbursement after checking with 26AS.
- Seller Reconciliation Between Seller Portal vs. SAP FI - Bank KYC Reconciliation.
- Invoice Reconciliation - Seller Portal Invoice Vs. SAP FI Invoice.
- Pass reversal entry in case of payment failure at the time of settlement.
- Seller Recoveries and Collection Accounting and clearing against invoice and TDS.
- Payment Details to be sent to Seller - Seller Settlement, SPF, TDS.
- Sharing SPF payment details to sellers.
- Seller Reconciliation.
- Seller Management - responding seller on mails to resolve seller’s query.
- Requirements:

- A Graduate degree in accounting/finance
- 2-4 years experience in E-commerce finance operations
- Experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records
- Ability to identify errors
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Strong on processes and knowledge of accounts receivable and payable procedures
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
- The ability to work accurately and independently.
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP - Vendor, Customer and GL modules and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
