As our operations grow, we are seeking a d**edicated, self-driven, and creative** Web Designer & Developer to focus on the design, development, and continuous improvement of our website. This role goes beyond just coding—we’re looking for a **go-getter**who takes full ownership, brings fresh ideas to the table, experiments boldly, stays ahead of web trends, and has the **fire to innovate**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and build a responsive, visually appealing website tailored to business needs
- Implement custom features as per the business requirements.
- **Integrate third-party APIs** (e.g., travel APIs, payment gateways, enquiry/booking engines, CRM sync).
- To ensure up-to-date and relevant site content.
- Optimize site performance, loading speed, SEO readiness, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure cross-browser/device compatibility and adherence to UX/UI best practices.
- Troubleshoot bugs and maintain ongoing site updates and security patches.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience in full-cycle web design and development
- BSc (IT) / Computer Engineering or Dip in Web Designing
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, etc.)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs - able to fetch, parse, and display dynamic data.
- Basic back-end integration knowledge
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, site speed optimization, and analytics setup.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and user interaction for B2B users.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
