**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing materials, website content, and branding.
- Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and templates.
- Work on image editing, retouching, and enhancing for various platforms.
- Design creatives for digital campaigns, advertisements, and newsletters.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
- Take constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
