**Lighting and Reflectors**: Assist the photographer in positioning and adjusting lighting equipment, reflectors, and diffusers to achieve the desired lighting effects and reduce shadows or harsh light.

**Photoshoot Assistance**: Provide support during the actual photoshoot by holding reflectors, adjusting props or backgrounds, and helping with any technical or logístical tasks as directed by the photographer.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Assist in cleaning and maintaining photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting gear. Help in organizing and storing equipment properly to ensure its longevity and ease of access.

**Administrative Tasks**: Perform basic administrative duties related to photography assignments, such as organizing paperwork, managing digital files, and maintaining records of expenses or invoices.

**Learning and Growth**: Show enthusiasm for learning and improving photography skills. Take the initiative to observe and learn from the photographer, ask questions, and seek opportunities to develop practical knowledge and expertise in photography.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of photography equipment and terminology.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle and set up photography equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role or photography-related field is preferred but not mandatory.
