1. Input and manage all data related to the receipt and dispatch of samples and materials, including recording local procurement prices and verifying them with buyers.
2. Utilize ERP systems effectively to prioritize stock management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Follow up on raw material deliveries and finished goods dispatches, ensuring all materials are sent with required documentation such as COAs, gate passes, challans, and invoices.
4. Verify the receipt of all necessary documents from raw material suppliers and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
5. Send dispatch details to clients as per sales orders and ensure all materials in the factory are properly labeled and stored.
6. Oversee the sale of scrap, maintain general cleanliness of the plant, and keep an accurate inventory list.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,540.94 - ₹36,560.91 per month
