**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients, establish contacts, and develop relationships to generate leads.
- **Sales Conversion**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable hospital services, converting leads into sales.
- **Field Work**: Conduct regular visits to various locations to meet potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- **Public Relations**: Act as the primary point of contact between the hospital and external parties, promoting our services and enhancing our public image.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and other relevant entities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on lead generation activities, sales conversions, and overall performance to the management team.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote our services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Gender Requirement**: Male
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or public relations, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- **Transportation**: Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

**Compensation**:
