**Job Title**:Equity Dealer / Trading Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients with accuracy and speed on NSE/BSE trading terminals.
- Ensure all trades are confirmed by the end of the trading day (EOD).
- Maintain high trade volumes and encourage clients to trade frequently.
- Monitor and manage client exposure limits to prevent breaches.
- Promptly resolve client queries related to trading, accounts, and transactions.
- Cross-sell financial products and third-party investment instruments post-market hours.
- Accurately punch client orders on trading terminals during market hours.
- Provide regular and timely updates to the reporting manager as and when required.
- Promote and maintain compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Support back-office operations and reconciliation as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized service and trade recommendations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- **Certification**:NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives Certification)** - Mandatory.
- Proficiency in NSE/BSE trading platforms.
- Strong knowledge of equity market operations and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily trade targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer service.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in equity dealing or a broking firm is preferred.
- Capability to manage and grow client portfolios through consistent service and cross-selling.
- Sound understanding of compliance norms, market regulations, and financial ethics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus
