**Desired Experience Profile**:
3 to 5 years of Women’s Wear Buying & Merchandizing experience.
- Drive and manage the end-to-end sourcing, in alignment with other internal teams.
- Weekly tracking of store wise stock fill and release allocations accordingly.
- Prepare timely sell-through report to assess performance and to drive corrective action.
- Track core range performance.
- Prepare & analyse quarterly & half yearly performance report.
- Responsible to ensure that we develop and maintain a healthy supplier base, supporting to solve potential issues (delays, compliance, quality, testing, production, etc.) with our suppliers.
- Proactively support and propose alternatives to Buying teams on product improvement, materials, price optimization, supplier choice, etc.
- Prepare & share launch plan with product, design, visual merchandising, planning & marketing team.
- Weekly follow up with product team for timely inwards & visual merchandising team for launch.
- Weekly tracking of store wise stock fill and release allocations accordingly.
- Prepare timely sell-through report to assess performance and to drive corrective action.
- Track core range performance.
- Prepare & analyse quarterly & half yearly performance report.
- Conducts market visits (own stores and competitors’); analyse performance of various.
- Weekly follow up with product team for timely inwards & visual merchandising team for launch
- Prepare & share launch plan with product, design, visual merchandising, planning & marketing team.

**Desired Qualification**:
NIFT - Master of Fashion Management or equivalent certification

Pay: ₹296,573.85 - ₹503,904.11 per year
