We are urgently looking for a **creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Female UI/UX Designer** who can transform ideas into visually stunning and user-friendly designs. If you have a passion for design and an eye for aesthetics, we would love to have you on our team

**Roles and Responsibilties**:

- **User Research**: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and implement data-driven design improvements.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with developers, product managers, and other to implement UI/UX best practices.
- **User-Centric Approach**: Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine and enhance user experiences.
- **Design Systems**: Establish and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all digital products.

**-Feedback Integration**: Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve designs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**1. Frontend Development**: Familiarity with **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript** for better collaboration with developers.
**2. Content Management Systems**: Hands-on experience with **WordPress, Wix, and other CMS platforms**.
**3. Additional Design Tools**: Experience with **Computer-Aided Design (CAD)** for digital product visualization.
**4. Proficiency in Design Tools**: Expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite (Xd, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma,** and other UI/UX tools.
**5.** **User Research & Testing**: Strong skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
**6. Interaction Design**: Ability to create engaging interactive prototypes that enhance user engagement.
**7.** **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively across teams.
**8. Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, supported by a portfolio that exhibits a diverse range of user-focused design work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
