**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute creative content strategies in collaboration with the creative team.
- Host and present video content for our social media channels.
- Manage and oversee freelance anchors, including scheduling and content coordination.
- Create dynamic posts, reels, and stories that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and digital media teams to organize and cover internal office events.

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and execute content plans effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
