**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of our cosmetic products, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with the brand's aesthetic.

Create engaging and innovative visual content for our social media platforms, website, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute photo and video shoots, including planning, setup, and post-production editing.

Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the brand.

Manage and maintain all photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for shoots.

Retouch and edit photos and videos to enhance their quality and ensure consistency in the brand's visual identity.

Work closely with models, makeup artists, and stylists to achieve the desired look and feel for each project.

Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for upcoming campaigns and product launches.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.

Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography and videography styles, with an emphasis on beauty and cosmetic products.

Excellent knowledge of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the shoot are meticulously planned and executed.

Strong time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for cosmetics, beauty trends, and a keen eye for aesthetic details.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
