Job Brief:
We are looking for experienced professionals who can create and nurture long term relationships with customers by providing great customer service & satisfaction. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in US Healthcare or in US customer service or in International customer service voice process and knowledge of our RCM industry, we'd like to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- **US Voice & Accent Knowledge, Strong communication skills written and verbal both**:

- **Answering inbound & outbound calls of clients & customers**:

- Client interaction & coordination
- Strong customer service approach to deal with people at all levels (internal and external)
- Organized, efficient and versatile to Provide world class customer service
- Providing best customer service & working on quality scores simultaneously
- Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent in English Communication Skills**:

- **Proven experience in International voice process (preferably in US)**:

- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheet.
- Ability to work well with a team.

**Minimum 6 months of experience in the US Voice process will be preferred.**

Freshers with good academics and relevant skill set can also apply.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
