"Qualification - BE / B.TECH - Electrical / Electronics - Skill-Set - Design Support - Catia V5 Design - Starting and Charging System - Relevant Experience - Min 2-4 years - Job Description / Responsibilities- The selected consultant will be required to support for - Understanding of automotive Electrical System and Electrical Motor design. - 3D layout creations, routing in CATIA. - Clamping, brackets/panel design for the battery packaging and routing. - Info fitment drawing preparation. - Knowledge of 2D drawing creation in CHS/CATIA. - Benchmarking, Cost Reduction, DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM - Support for making prototype vehicles, pre-production & serial production vehicles Preferred Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge of design aspects for automotive circuits, motor, battery, GD&T analysis of assembly.- Proficient in Computer aided analytical tools to assist in a faster, better and cost effective design.
