7. Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization

8. Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.

9. Calling active or old clients to encourage the purchase of service

C. **Work Experience**

Proven 1 to 3 years’ experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role or tell caller in any organization.

D. **Education**
- 12, Diploma; B.sc/BA/BCOM. Any Graduate
- Excellent knowledge of the English/Hindi language
- Good knowledge of computer programs like (MS OFFICE) and other telephone system
- Ability to switch communication styles

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
