- Responsibilities_
- _Follow up on unapplied Payments._
- _Processing refunds, Pole Transfer & reporting different dash boards._
- _Closing Activities_
- _Stakeholder management_
- _Good understanding of Order to Cash function._
- _Worked in Underwriting tools._
- _Knowledge of Insurance slips, its sections, signed lines etc._
- _Knowledge and experience of insurance accounting is essential._
- _Reviewing bordereaux files to resolve commission, premium difference._
- _Active management of aged debts, unallocated cash, internal and external queries._
- _Monthly Bank reconciliation highlighting and recording transaction movement and raising with finance to ensure process is consistent._
- _Process daily cash analysis report._
- _Follow up or escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure._
- _Timely and accurate processing of premium and endorsements_
- _Support existing backlog clean up exercises._
- _Good Knowledge of Insurance is mandatory._
- _Resolving Premium/ Claims/ Tax differences._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Proficient in MS- Excel_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Ability to handle and prioritize Month/ Quarter end closing._
- _Good knowledge of excel & validated understanding of Oracle._
- _Should be flexible and proficient in multi-tasking._
- _Good English Communication skill_
- _Conduct Technical checks on insurance documentation to ensure accuracy, this includes using specific IT based system to supports to support the technical adjusting process with some supervision where applicable._
