- Monitoring of MDM and (or) Wi-Fi system
- MDM and (or) Wi-Fi server management
- Daily report of uses or requested report to provide
- End user MDM and (or) Wi-Fi management and configuration
- New additional configuration as per requirement
- Security Incident manage and as per requirement close
- VA/PT incident closer
- Console Manage and Maintenance of MDM and (or) Wi-Fi solution
- MDM and (or) Wi-Fi devices movement as per heatmap
- Heatmap generation for Wi-Fi
- Modification of Policy of Wi-Fi
- Patch update
- Create Services MDM and (or) Wi-Fi solution
- Monitoring of MDM and (or) Wi-Fi system
- MDM and (or) Wi-Fi server management
- Daily report of uses or requested report to provide
- End user MDM and (or) Wi-Fi management and configuration
- New additional configuration as per requirement
- Security Incident manage and as per requirement close
- VA/PT incident closer
- Console Manage and Maintenance of MDM and (or) Wi-Fi solution
- MDM and (or) Wi-Fi devices movement as per heatmap
- Heatmap generation for Wi-Fi
- Modification of Policy of Wi-Fi
- Patch update
- Version update
- MDM and (or) Wi-Fi users DB management
- Endpoint Detection/ Modification/ Creation
- Cloud base services enable based on the SOP provided by CUSTOMER or OEM
- Integration of MDM and (or) Wi-Fi with other products
- monitoring of Incident
- Escalation on incident
- End to End close MDM and (or) Wi-Fi incident
- Understand MDM and (or) Wi-Fi requirements and modify configuration
- Server management
- New configuration based on the approval of change request
- troubleshooting of issue
- Best practices to be implement based on the recommendation of OEM
- Incident monitoring and resolve based on the capabilities of the tools provided by CUSTOMER
- Provide data to Audit
- requested report to provide based on the capabilities of the tools provided by CUSTOMER
- Agent installs in CUSTOMER laptop if any
- Monitoring End Point MDM and (or) Wi-Fi
- Make sure all agents should be up to date
- Engineer to provide at branch if require
- POC of new product will be assist and any implementation and configuration required from CUSTOMER
- Product troubleshooting / Reconfiguration
- Coordination with OEM
- Enable MDM and (or) Wi-Fi for user
- End user configuration
- work on Service request and close
