**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and personable **Bartender** to join our restaurant team. As a key front-of-house staff member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting bar area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, including glassware, garnishes, tools, and inventory.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol service.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol [adjust based on local laws].
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight (e.g., boxes of liquor, kegs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
