The **Telecalling Executive** will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping people plan their perfect trip.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide information about destinations, prices, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion rate.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the travel consultant team for booking confirmations and client follow-ups.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (travel industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
