**Responsibilities**:
- **Classroom Instruction**:
- Deliver effective and engaging classroom or online training sessions on MSP and Primavera software.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- **Individual and Group Coaching**:
- Facilitate group discussions and collaborative learning activities.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and understanding.
- **Industry Knowledge**:
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends related to project management, scheduling, and CADD.
- Integrate real-world examples and case studies into the training curriculum.
- **Technical Support**:
- Assist students with technical issues related to MSP and Primavera software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges during training sessions.
- **Professional Development**:
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills in MSP, Primavera, and related tools.
- Pursue relevant certifications to maintain a high level of expertise.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera software.
- Familiarity with other CADD tools and software is a plus.
- **Teaching Experience**:
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, would be preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- **Industry Experience**:
- Practical experience in project management, scheduling, or related fields is beneficial.
- Understanding of how MSP and Primavera are applied in real-world projects.
- **Certifications**:
- Relevant certifications in MSP and Primavera are highly desirable.
- **Adaptability**:
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of expertise among students.
- **Passion for Learning**:
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
