We are looking to hire Psychologists for a **night shift job with a minimum of 3 years of experience (Post Masters) for the location - Mohali, Punjab**. You will be required to be in our Client's office location for 8 hours a day and take the therapy on a need basis.

**Responsibilities**
- First - To be empathetic : )
- **To be able to work in a night shift timings from 9 PM-6 AM**:

- Conduct One-on-One therapy sessions for the Employees of the company on a need basis
- Provide proper intervention to the trauma cases
- Weekly reporting based on requirements and format from the client
- Monthly reporting on employee grievances data
- Planning of wellness support activities
- Nationwide medical & service referrals if needed
- Training for the HR department to encourage employee participation in the program
- Helping in CSR activities if needed
- Helping In research work if any
- Other mental health services that are requested by the client during the working hours
- Open to learning new techniques

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Psychology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi (Any other language is an added bonus)
- 3+ years of experience

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
