**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in **“**Financial Analysis and Capital Stress testing**”.** You have found the right team

As **“Finance Professional”** in our **“Central P&A”**, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision making
- Creating executive-level presentations that summarize results at various levels of the organization, including each line of business and consolidated CCB-level
- Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
- Driving improvements & design processes across LOBs
- Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management
- Managing and prioritizing the requests and deadlines within the P&A calendar
- Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills (Max seven bullets)**
- Bachelors in Engineering or finance or economics and/or CA / CFA / MBA from top Tier institute is required
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in any of Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Stress testing, financial research, valuations, etc.,
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Essbase
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers
- Highly motivated self-starter, keen attention to detail, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills(Max four bullets)**
- Business Intelligence and Programming knowledge preferred
