**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design Development**:

- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand design requirements and preferences.
- Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that align with client expectations and project goals.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Utilize AutoCAD for creating detailed drawings for Production.
- Implement 3D modeling and rendering using SketchUp and V-Ray to provide clients with realistic visualizations of design concepts.

**Material and Finish Selection**:

- Source and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

**Client Communication**:

- Effectively communicate design concepts to clients through presentations, mood boards, and other visual aids.
- Address client feedback and incorporate changes into design plans.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
