**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
- Counsel students on course offerings, faculty, study schedules, and exam strategies.
- Regularly follow up with enrolled and prospective students to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Provide emotional and academic support to students dealing with stress or challenges.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to resolve student issues and enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Assist the admissions team with handling walk-ins, leads, and course enrollments.
- Offer motivational support to maintain student morale and encourage consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Background in Psychology or Education is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with students.
- Prior experience in student counseling or education support is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 1 year (required)
