Currently, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive for one of our esteemed clients in the lab-grown diamond industry, based in Surat. Our client is a renowned producer of high-quality lab-grown diamonds, catering to a diverse overseas market. They are committed to innovation and excellence, aiming to redefine the luxury diamond market.

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in generating leads through effective cold calling, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role demands enthusiasm, resilience, and a results-driven approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute outbound cold calls to potential and existing clients to introduce products and initiate sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Adapt to client needs to recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as established by our client.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and regularly report achievements and challenges to management.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry news to optimize sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation abilities with a track record of successful closing.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience necessary.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to the Eastern Time Zone.
- Driven, with a strong commitment to sales success.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Bachelor's (preferred)
