**Responsibilities**
- Impart training on banking and financial services
- In this role, you will be Provide training in tele - calling, sales pitching of products, customer relationship management etc.
- Trainer should have good experience in sales training & customer service.
- Need to handle CMIS/LMS
- Develop, validate and implement learning content, curriculum and training programs whenever applicable
- Liaison and support respective teams with schedule planning, learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, etc.

**Desired profile**
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Relevant experience of at least 2+ Years.
- Strong Interpersonal skills; should demonstrate patience & perseverance.
- Good Communication Skills, Influencing Skills.

**Salary**: ₹31,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Shyambazar, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
