**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Create, implement, and manage effective social media strategies aligned with clients' overall marketing goals.
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platform
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on behalf of clients to build relationships and foster community growth.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting key metrics, growth trends, and actionable insights.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure clients' strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Work closely with graphic designers, and account managers to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/ Executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
