Job Title: Full-Time Guitar Instructor

Location: Bannerghatta, Bangalore

**Salary**: 22 to 25k

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Teach guitar lessons to students of all age groups and skill levels (individual and group classes).
- Design and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of each student.
- Instruct students on various guitar techniques, styles, and music theory.
- Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Encourage a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with guitar trends, techniques, and teaching methods.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, and music recitals.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create an enriching learning experience.
- Maintain student records and lesson schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Guitar Instructor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in various guitar styles (e.g., classical, acoustic, electric).
- Strong knowledge of music theory and ability to teach it effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and creative teaching approach.
- Ability to teach students of all age groups and skill levels.
- A degree or certification in Music (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous teaching experience is a plus.
