**Job Description**:

- Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility

Overall responsible for Shift Operations of Melting

Melting Operation & Process Control including Mg Treatment failure control, Induction Furnace operating parameters, consumable control

Chemical composition Adjustments and Control on Metallographic properties.

Induction furnace lining and sintering cycle control & Metal Handling

Responsible for Shift wise log sheet management, Reporting hourly production, MBF Chemistry report

Root Cause Analysis and CAPA

Manpower Management

Improvement Initiatives to reduce conversion cost & Improve TPM culture

Documentation related to Melting

Monitoring and controlling of departmental Safety KPI’s eg. LTIFR, First Aids, Near Miss cases ,Unsafe acts & conditions etc.

House keeping of the floor

SOP improvement and addition

Technical Knowledge of Induction Furnace Operations

Metallurgical Knowledge on DI

Knowledge of Process Flow of DI Pipe preferred.

**Educational qualifications - Degree in Metallurgy**

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
