- **Labor efficiency monitoring**:Analyzing labor productivity and identifying areas for improvement to optimize labor costs.

- **Resource utilization**: Ensure optimal resource utilization

Qualifications A bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field, Experience in production planning and control, Understanding of ERP software, Knowledge of CAD/CAM, and Experience in jewelry manufacturing.
