Instrumenatation Engineer - Design

**Location**

New Mumbai Head Office

**Expected Qualification**

B.E/B.Tech Instrumentation or Diploma in Instrumentation from reputed university / college

Preferred

1) AUTOCAD, CADIAN proficiency

**Expected Work Experience**
- Minimum 5 Years to 10 Years of relevant experience in with Large scale organization.
- Preferred industry Pharmaceutical (API & Formulation) / Chemical and Agrochemical

**Key Responsibilities**

**Preparation of**
- Instrument Summary/Index
- Specification for field instrumentations, DCS/ PLC instruments, cables, junction boxes, remote l/O panels and air headers
- Instrumentation Hook up And Control Wiring Diagram
- Instrument Cable Schedule and JB Schedule
- Instrument Cable Tray Layout
- Instrument Air Header Schedule and Layout
- BOQ for Hardware
- Tender for Instrumentation installation Work
- Design basis.
- Layouts - control room, instrument location, junction box connection and instrument cable routing.
- General spec and standards
- IO schedule
- Control schematics
- Loop diagrams
- Trip and alarm schedule
- System architect
- Technical bid analysis, commercial bid analysis & procurement of materials.
- Vendor drawing review
- Aware of appropriate vendors
- Should involve in preparation of control philosophy with process engineer.
- Should knowledge of SIL, HAZOP
- Should suggest options of suitable instrument type for any process.
- Material selections & sizing.
