**Job description**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Transaction Executive** to support the operations and growth of our branch in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves overseeing daily branch activities, managing customer relationships, leading the team, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all branch operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branch Operations**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in resolving escalated issues.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Promote company products and services to drive sales and expand the customer base. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train branch staff. Ensure the team is motivated, focused, and working efficiently towards branch goals.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with the supply chain team as necessary.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit regular reports related to branch performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- **Financial Management**: Assist in managing branch cash flow, daily transactions, and other financial matters. Ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or management are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or retail management. Experience in the gold or jewelry industry is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of financial management and reporting

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
