**Job Title**: U.S. Caller - Sales Outreach Team
**Location**: Dehradun
**Shift Timing**: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the U.S. market to introduce our services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Set up appointments for the sales team by effectively pitching our offerings.
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships to drive engagement.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information to potential clients.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a similar role targeting the U.S. market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to handle rejections and work towards achieving targets.
- Willingness to work in U.S. time zones (night shifts).
- Experience in the **AEC/BIM industry** is a plus but not mandatory.
