Role Overview:
As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing clients with professional advice on insurance products and services, tailored to meet their individual needs. You will build strong relationships with clients, help them understand various insurance options, and guide them through the process of selecting policies that offer the best protection for their personal or business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable policies and coverage options.
- Provide detailed explanations of different types of insurance policies, including life, health, property, and auto insurance.
- Assist clients in comparing and selecting appropriate insurance plans.
- Help clients understand policy terms, conditions, premiums, and the claims process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client accounts, making updates or policy adjustments as needed.
- Assist clients in filing claims and addressing any issues related to their policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews of clients’ insurance portfolios and suggest modifications as necessary.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or advisory services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Insurance certification or relevant licensing may be required (varies by region).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
