**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts, creating and curating content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create effective social media marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design packaging and promotional materials that reflect our brand identity and resonate with customers.
- Work with product development teams to create aesthetic presentations and product images.
- Maintain brand consistency across all graphic design projects.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of online marketing tools and strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design software CSS,, copywriting, content management systems (CMS),Adobe Creative Suite:( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly aftermarket products, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills ,interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, conversion optimization, and advertising
- Knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
